Electronic Weighing Balances.

Weighing balances are used in industrial and research laboratories.

Weighing balances are further classified into Precision Balances, Analytical Balances, Semi Micro balances and Micro balances.

Selection of the balance depends on the required readability ( i.e. grams or milligrams).
Other factors that play role in selection are weighing capacity - minimum and maximum weight it can weigh.
Repetability - ability to show the same result when object is repeatedly weighed under similar condition.
Weighing environment and stabilization period.

Weighing balances provide different functions and can be interfaced with computers for storing and analyzing weighment data.

Weighing balances are sensitive device and need to be handled very carefully.
For accurate reading they need to be placed where there is no vibration, interference from air current and static charges.

Batching System

In industry it is very important to produce quality products consistently.
As most products are manufactured in different batches it becomes a challenge to maintain consistency between batches.

Products having many ingredients need to be weighed accurately and blended together as per process requirement.
This can be easily achieved by using electronic batch weighing systems.

Batch Weighing System consists of weight sensor (load cell), hoppers and electronic weight controller.
User can set required weight of individual ingredients. These ingredients are accurately discharged and used in further process.

Batching systems are used in food, pharma and chemical industries. For example accurate batching helps in food processing industry to maintain quality, appearance, color and taste of food products. Similarly in chemical industry accurate batching is required to achieve optimal recreation.

Batching system automates weighing of ingredients and reduces the possible human error.
